Throughout her varied and exciting career, Sheila has faced many business and market challenges which she has overcome to great success, due to her motivational leadership and extensive business and marketing understanding. This has given her the ability to consistently deliver strong results and return on investment as well as return on objectives.
With a career spanning two decades across Europe, US and Asia Pacific, Sheila has launched and re-launched products and brands from varying industry sectors including chemicals, DIY, cosmetics, food and beverage and household appliances. Having had full accountability for not only the brand strategy, but also the implementation of full 360 degree marketing plans, she derives great pleasure in seeing projects through to a successful outcome and mentoring and empowering others to succeed and flourish along the way. “Plan it, do it, review it, learn from it and improve it.” has been her guiding philosophy.

With extensive experience working in cross functional and cross cultural teams, as well as managing a large number of suppliers and sponsorships, her inclusive and transparent approach ensures that communication is clear and that the purpose is understood by all.
Sheila’s qualifications include a BA (Hons) Degree in International Marketing and German from The University of Greenwich, London, UK. and a Chartered Institute of Marketing Postgraduate Diploma.
